Please read this page carefully as it includes important information regarding your appointment and what you must do.
This page contains information regarding, what we are doing to protect our staff and clients, our COVID-19 Risk Assessment and any changes to our operating procedures that must be followed by all clients.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure our clients and guests that health, safety and hygiene has always been and will continue to be something we prioritise above all else.
We have stringent policies and procedures in place to protect both staff and clients and we feel it is important to reassure you of the policies and procedures our staff follow as you might not necessarily be aware of these, given that they happen without impacting on your visit.
At the bottom of this page you will find documents for the procedures our staff must do, what you as a client must do and our COVID-19 risk assessment. Please read these documents carefully.
We would also ask that anyone who is feeling unwell (even if only mild) that they reschedule their appointment for at least 14 days later. All clients attending appointments will be required to use the freely available hand sanitiser as soon as entering.
All appointments must be pre-booked. Individuals without a pre-booked appointment will be not granted access to our building. To book an appointment, please visit our Online appointment request section. Alternatively, appointments can be made by calling the centre on 0118 948 1077 during opening hours.
When attending your appointment, please ensure that you follow the guidelines set out in our Client COVID-19 Procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing a face mask that covers both your nose and face at all times whilst on-site, including during your treatment. These guidlines apply to everyone, irrespeictive of their vaccination status.
For our most up-to-date opening hours, please see our contact page
To help further mitigate exposure, massage treatments can only be booked in 30 or 60 minute sessions.
