At Le Masseur Personnel, we operate a cancellation policy to better manage our available appointment slots for all clients, an overview of which is as follows:
if you need to cancel, postpone or re-schedule your appointment for any reason, we politely ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if your appointment is scheduled on a week day and 48 hours notice if your appointment is scheduled on a weekend or 'special occasion' such as Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Eve etc.
If you cancel, postpone or re-schedule your appointment without giving the minimum notice listed above, you will be charged 50% of the total value of your booked treatments or if you hold a course of treatments, a single treatment will be forfeited and deducted from your course. If you are using a gift card or E-Voucher as part or full payment towards your treatment, your gift card or E-Voucher will be charged 50% of the total value of the booked treatments.
If you fail to show for your appointment or if you arrive late, this will be treated as a cancellation.
