Health, safety and hygiene has been and will continue to be something we prioritise above all else at Le Masseur Personnel.

UPDATE: Inline with the most recent government announcement ordering the closure of all wellness centres, spas and massage parlours, we are closed for the next month, to be re-evaluated on a monthly basis.

We would like to take this opportunity to reassure our clients and guests that health, safety and hygiene has always been and will continue to be something we prioritise above all else.

At the moment, it is business as usual and we would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who is supporting and working with us. Independent businesses will feel the biggest strain and we are grateful to all our clients who are helping in any way that they can.

We have stringent policies and procedures in place to protect both staff and clients and we feel it is important to reassure you of the policies and procedures our staff follow as you might not necessarily be aware of these, given that they happen without impacting on your visit.

As is normal practice for us, all treatment rooms are cleaned and sanitised in-between every appointment, including spraying air purifying disinfectant, with the entire centre receiving a deep clean in the evening. All linen are washed to a professional standard with cleaning products that kill 99.99% of bacteria as well as going through a hot cycle drying process. Staff also practice impeccable hygiene, washing their hands and arms before and after every appointment with biocide hand wash and use hand sanitising gels regularly.

Throughout any given day, public areas and surfaces (such as door handles, counter tops, card processing terminals, health intake tablets etc.) are regularly sanitised with disinfectant.

As an added precaution, we have stepped up our efforts to include monitoring staff health throughout the day, including regular temperature readings. We would like to reassure you that we have not had any cases amongst our staff.

We would also ask that anyone who is feeling unwell (even if only mild) that they reschedule their appointment for at least 14 days later. All clients attending appointments will be required to use the freely available hand sanitiser as soon as entering.

Please do not be offended if we ask an additional few screening questions when scheduling appointments. This is to ensure all clients who are not feeling well or are showing any cold or flu like symptoms get rescheduled to a later date when they are feeling better.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow all Government guidelines stringently and continue to execute the utmost levels of health and safety procedures to ensure we maintain the highest possible hygiene standards.
