We're a locally owned and operated independent business based in Reading, Berkshire which opened in 2010 and since then, things have rocketed for us. But that’s life, fast-paced and forever moving forward... and that’s exactly what we specialise in – helping you cope with this wonderful thing call living!

And yes, that does include putting your neck right after sleeping on the in-laws couch last weekend, releasing the tightness from that D.I.Y. disaster and even sorting that old sports injury that knows exactly when the worst time to flair up is but does it anyway.
